Rita Vine helped us create and facilitate two multi-day workshops that helped to solidify planning for future work scenarios in academic libraries. For the second workshop, she also agreed to work with us for six months after the workshop to help us plan activities and continue forward momentum based on workshop results. Rita is a great listener and really helped our team begin by clearly identify the goals for the two workshops. She has a wonderful ability to ask good questions, dig in to clarify meaning, and restate what we say to help us see where we need to work. Rita has been a great consultant to work with because she has allowed us the flexibility to make changes to the plan as we go while holding us accountable for the steps that we need to take to reach our agreed-upon goals, which is exactly what we needed her to do.
